Replay Media Splitter is a very powerful program that can split or merge an audio or video file easily. You can import any AVI, WMV, ASF, MP3 or WMA file for editing or cutting. A built-in video player helps you to play your videos and select the desired fragments for splitting.
The interface of the program is very simple. There is a timeline provided that helps you to define the splitting points very accurately. You can also know the size and the play time duration of resulting clips in advance (an estimation, evidently). The program also carries a history manager that allows you to return to a previous action with a click. Apart from making clips out of large files, you can also join them using the built-in join manager. On another note, this media splitter lacks a converter, which means the output video or audio formats cannot be changed at all when you are saving your clips.
In short, the program is less than perfect but can work for you if you are concerned only about cutting ads or unwanted parts from your videos. |
